Aesthetic Chiller Acoustic Screens
Our team constructed a large aesthetic, acoustic screen to encase six chillers to prevent noise from reaching nearby ward areas. With overall dimensions covering over 300m² of panel area, our team designed, supplied, and installed the screen. We assumed complete responsibility for the tested panels' performance and the design's structural integrity, ensuring seamless integration with the main structural framework.
The screen, meticulously painted on all metal surfaces, is not just a visual masterpiece. It also includes access doors at both ends for easy maintenance. In addition to the screen, our comprehensive package included extensive edge protection, safe walking platforms, and a full contract lift operation utilizing a 350-tonne crane. This thorough approach is a testament to our commitment to quality and safety.
