Comprehensive Noise Control Solution for Chiller Installation
To mitigate noise issues arising from a recently installed chiller, which posed a potential disturbance to nearby residents, Our team was tasked with providing a cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing noise control solution. The outcome was a robust acoustic screen consisting of a thoroughly tested panel construction and access doors, all finished with a polyester powder paint and supported by galvanised steelwork. The screen's dimensions were 7.5m W x 4.5m H x 15.5m L, covering an area of 135m². Our team was responsible for the screen's design, manufacture, and installation, taking full responsibility for all design aspects, including the structural steelwork, and overseeing the installation, including the contract lift crane operations.
